A BW Energy assinou um acordo de carta (“LA”) com a Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd (“ReconAfrica”) para adquirir aproximadamente 16,8 milhões de ações ordinárias e 16,8 milhões de warrants por um valor total de 16 milhões de dólares no aumento de capital anunciado da ReconAfrica. Ao participar no aumento de capital, a BW Energy também receberá uma participação não operacional de 20% na Licença de Exploração de Petróleo onshore 73 (“PEL 73”), onde a ReconAfrica fornecerá à BW Energy um transporte de 6,4 milhões de dólares com base no valor inicial pretendido. programa de trabalho.
