Na sequência de um concurso, a SPIE Oil & Gas Services, subsidiária internacional da SPIE, líder europeu independente em serviços multi-técnicos em energia e comunicações, foi adjudicatária de um contrato de 5 anos pela TotalEnergies EP Angola para a prestação de serviços de manutenção geral nos FPSOs Dalia e Girassol no Bloco 17, em águas profundas de Angola.
No âmbito deste contrato, a SPIE Oil & Gas Services terá equipas permanentes em cada FPSO, bem como uma equipa de campanha e uma equipa de preparação em terra. A SPIE supervisionará a preparação, supervisão, execução e gestão dos trabalhos de manutenção preventiva e correctiva para todas as disciplinas (Mecânica, Elétrica, AVAC, Instrumentação, Embalagens, ICSS, PLC, etc.). A SPIE também coordenará os contratos específicos de manutenção e assistência técnica ligados às atividades produtivas.
O contrato implementa ferramentas e soluções digitais que visam aumentar a produtividade, confiabilidade e otimizar os custos de manutenção do cliente. A SPIE está empenhada em prestar serviços no âmbito dos principais objectivos da TotalEnergies EP Angola em termos de ambiente e desenvolvimento sustentável, incluindo queima mínima de gás, tratamento da água produzida e baixas emissões gasosas atmosféricas.
Os requisitos da TotalEnergies EP Angola e a forte cultura de segurança da SPIE visam atingir o mesmo objetivo: zero acidente. Isso representa uma prioridade absoluta para ambas as partes.
Objetivos claros de nacionalização também foram definidos no contrato ao longo do período de 5 anos, e sua realização será avaliada anualmente pela TotalEnergies EP Angola. Jeronimo Oliveira, Director Geral da sucursal da SPIE Oil & Gas Services em Angola, explicou “Estamos muito satisfeitos por continuar a nossa frutuosa colaboração com a TotalEnergies em Angola e por apoiá-los nos seus projetos e no seu desenvolvimento no país”.
Os FPSOs de águas profundas estão localizados ao largo da costa angolana, no Bloco 17, a cerca de 150 km de Luanda, com lâminas de água de cerca de 1350 m para Girassol e 1400 m para Dalia. A SPIE Oil & Gas Services atua em Angola no setor de Oil & Gas há mais de 20 anos com colaboradores altamente qualificados. “A empresa já havia prestado serviços de manutenção geral no campo de Dalia entre 2006 e 2016, por isso estamos extremamente entusiasmados por retornar a este campo de referência”, declarou Christophe Bernhart, diretor administrativo da SPIE Oil & Gas Services.
